Just a reminder that the Chelmsford & District Table Tennis League Season 2010-11 will start on Sunday 19th September 2010.

As usual the Club will run a Pre-Season inter club friendlies on the week prior to this, Monday 13th September 2010, and will follow the usual format:

A vs B
C vs D
E vs F
G vs H
J vs K
L vs M

Please let me know if you cannot manage to provide a team for that evening.

On that day I will provide team captains with the usual captains pack, score cards and balls. The following matches are due on the first week of the season ie from Sunday 19th September 2010:

Just a reminder to check that all your team members have sent their registration form to Mike Johnston for the league. This form has to be lodged with the league 7 clear days before a player can play. So please make sure they are with Mike Johnston no later than 6th September 2010 so that they can be checked and counter signed and sent off in plenty of time.

There must be a minimum number of 3 players registered at the beginning of the season for each team before you can play a match.

There is also the additional requirement of the ETTA registration form. Please encourage your team to register for this on the website at www.etta.co.uk as this is the quickest and easiest way of doing it. Please do not play any member of your team before they have this registration number as any games they win will be forfeited. You may also think it wise to check that all your opponents have a registration number.

If you haven't done so already, you need to act quickly to ensure that all your team are registered and ready to start the new season especially if you only have 3 members in your team.
